20-Minute Dry Needling

Service Description

Limited to one area of pain or whatever areas can be needled in 20-minutes (book the 40-minute session if you have more areas of pain). Integrative dry needling uses a skinny monofilament needle to treat tight muscles and areas of pain. This physical therapy technique involves needle insertion in the primary areas of tightness to decrease pain, decrease tightness and get you to return to many of your activities pain-free and can be for any diagnosis providing almost instant pain relief! NOTE that you can also get dry needling as part of your Releaseology sessions as well Please note: dry needling should not be performed on active cancer and in certain areas if one is pregnant. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
