Heidi Health is used solely to assist with clinical documentation and care planning. It allows me to spend more time focused on you rather than on typing notes during your visit while helping ensure that important details, recommendations, and home exercises are accurately documented.

Heidi Health states that audio from your visit is transcribed in real time and is never stored. Once transcription is complete, the audio is permanently deleted. Heidi Health also does not use your information to train its artificial intelligence models. I personally review, edit, and approve all documentation before it becomes part of your medical record. Heidi Health helps streamline the preparation of your personalized home exercise and treatment recommendations, allowing me to spend less time on paperwork and more time providing patient care.
The AI is used only to support clinical documentation and does not replace my clinical judgment or decision-making. I remain fully responsible for all documentation, recommendations, and clinical decisions related to your care.
