Integrative dry needling uses a skinny monofilament needle to treat tight muscles and areas of pain. This physical therapy technique involves needle insertion in the primary areas of tightness to decrease pain, decrease tightness and get you to return to many of your activities pain-free and can be for any diagnosis.

Neurokinetic therapy is used to treat pain and dysfunction by targeting problem areas of the body that are not functioning properly. Pain and dysfunction can be tied to trauma from several years ago that caused the body to compensate, causing imbalance in the body. Because of this, a detailed history/intake form is required before we meet.

Stretch therapy utilizes various physical therapy techniques and stretching exercises to treat a variety of conditions to provide relief to tight muscles. The goal of stretch therapy is to improve range of motion, flexibility, and function. Effective stretching takes at least 30 seconds in order for physical changes to the muscle fibers to happen, so let Releaseology put the time and effort into releasing those overworked muscles!
