This will feel like a massage to you with clothes on. I also include several techniques not just myofascial release. Techniques that may be included are: assisted stretch, joint mobilizations and manipulations (gentle adjustments and "cracking"), contract-relax, PNF, cross-friction, trigger point release, massage and more! *****YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT GOES THROUGH AND YOU RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION***** if you do not receive the e-mail confirmation, it means I was never notified of your booking. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Failure to do so, will result in the $50 deposit fee no longer applicable on a session. No booking deposit is taken for free virtual consults. Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, you forfeit those minutes of service time and will still be charged for the full-service price, despite a shorter session. If you are late for your appointment and Sara is able to accommodate and see you over your scheduled appointment time is purely based on availability.
